LESSON THREE: FINDING YOUR FLASHLIGHT

When you choose to illuminate what’s around, you’re going to see all the things you’ve been afraid of. From fears of failure to benefiting from our bad habits, these beliefs aren’t pretty. We can clearly see that these negative beliefs are holding us back from ever making our dreams become reality. To break out your flashlight and face your fears, we’ll begin by studying what negative beliefs have been hiding in the dark.

LESSON FOUR: ENVISIONING MOUNTAINS

We need to create a vision so big that it makes your heart flutter and your palms sweat. We are going to bust out our binoculars and start searching for the highest peaks that we want to reach. We’ll start by thinking about every little thing your heart has ever wanted. Then, we’ll begin to scheme up a life where you create it.
